Gransurf 50C (INCI: Dimethicone (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone) is an effective emulsifier for water-in-oil (w/o) emulsions. The Al Riyadh newspaper report, on May 25, quoted King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals physics department head Dr Ali Al Shukry as saying there would be an "unexpected and high increase in temperatures that might reach between 60C and 70C between 11am and 2pm with an average higher than usual temperature of 50C for several days. Since the October 14 Budget, the public is already reeling from an 8c per litre increase on petrol, 50c extra on a pack of 20 cigarettes and 50c on a bottle of wine. |
