While mobile operators are migrating towards Evolved HSPA (HSPA+), many questions remain: How will operators implement 64-QAM and MIMO in HSPA+ Node B sites?
In his presentation on "Traffic Capacity of FP and DFB Optical Return Systems," Vladimir Abramkin will evaluate upstream system performance of an HFC plant with 16-QAM and 64-QAM signals in the lab as well as in the field.
Principal Engineer, and Venk Mutalik, Chief Technologist, Residential Access Networks, both of C-COR's Broadband Communications Products Division, will present "Upstream System Characterization with 16-QAM and 64-QAM Signals" as part of the Technical Workshop on Upstream System Performance: Measurement and Optimization Techniques, scheduled for Thursday, June 17, from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM ET with a repeat session on Friday, June 18, from noon to 1:15 PM ET.
