Drum will focus on producing publications for AAHD on a range of disability and health topics, providing technical assistance on disability and health initiatives, and assisting in various grant and contract opportunities.

AAHD is a national non-profit organization dedicated to advancing health promotion and wellness initiatives, reducing health disparities, and advocating for full community inclusion and access for people with disabilities.
Applicant must provide a Personal Statement (maximum 3 pages, double spaced), including brief personal history, educational/career goals, extra-curricular activities, and reasons why they should be selected by the AAHD Scholarship Committee.
Applicant must provide an official copy of college transcript, which should be mailed to AAHD in a sealed envelope.
Applicant must agree to allow AAHD to use their name, picture and/or story in future scholarship materials.
Further, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, AAHD is urging women with disabilities to ask themselves ONE question: When did I have my last mammogram?
