Judge Friedman concluded that the judgment should be set aside and that a judgment should be entered against the ACCPPS because "there was no legally sufficient evidentiary basis" to support the verdict and judgment.
ABPS is disappointed that the jury found for the Plaintiff in any amount; however, ABPS believes that the fact that the jury awarded so small a percentage of the damages the ACCPPS sought indicates the jury's view of Plaintiff's case.
