SPDIF is almost similar to AES/EBU as far as protocol is concerned.
Similar to the existing Sonifex RB-SD1 analogue silence detector, the digital version has AES/EBU, S/PDIF and TOSLink digital inputs and outputs, selectable silence duration & gain threshold, manual or automatic return and TTL wordclock & AES/EBU sync inputs.
