AGCS is the result of the incorporation of Allianz Global Risks
RE-ckversicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft (AGR) and the transfer of the
industrial portfolio of Allianz Versicherungs AG (AV) into Allianz
Marine & Aviation Versicherungs Aktiengesellschaft (AMAV). His career encompasses senior executive positions at Nortel
Networks (NYSE: NT), AT&T (NYSE: T) and Lucent Technologies (NYSE:
LU) including Chairman of the Board of AGCS (a joint venture of GTE and
AT&T), and President of NTI (a Nortel Networks US subsidiary). Applications include amplifiers, mixers, multipliers,
oscillators, VCOs, AGCs, PLLs, muxs, demuxs, clocks, CDRs and other RF
circuits. |
