On August 1, AHFC issued an "Intent to Award" letter to DLR Group, an architecture and engineering company based in Seattle, in association with RISE Alaska, a project management company based in Anchorage. AFC (ATB/HDI-biuret) and AHFC (ATBT/HDI-biuret) were used for blank tests. The bonds' 'AA+' rating reflects the amounts on deposit in funds and accounts including a loan loss fund held under the indenture, the strong credit quality of the expected underlying collateral and related credit enhancements, the adequacy of projected pledged revenues to pay debt service, and strong management capabilities and financial strength of AHFC. |
