AKES Age 88, a resident of Espanola, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2009, following a short illness.
Late last year AKES lost a contract with chemical giant BASF at Seal Sands, thought to be worth pounds 6m a year.
It said the financial performance of AKES "weak, but improving".
