Under his guidance, AMAC, a publicly traded mortgage REIT focusing on multifamily mortgage investing, increased its asset base, earnings per share and stock market capitalization more than 300 percent.
For the three and 12 months ended December 31, 2000, AMAC had net income of $941,000 and $3,318,000, respectively, versus net income of $1,074,000 and $6,260,000 for the three and 12 months ended December 31, 1999.
