The AMCAR 2004-D-F transaction is an exception since the Stable Outlook is due to the strength of the trust's internal credit enhancement and not from the FSA note surety policy. ACF issued $750 million in AMCAR notes in May 2008 with an FSA wrap. Under this agreement whereby the bank will purchase 'AAA'-rated asset-backed securities in registered public offerings on the AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust (AMCAR) platform, and the recent completion of a $750 million issuance of 'AAA'-rated AMCAR notes without the need for Deutsche participation. |
