swimming at the Marriot Resort and Spa pool when they noticed an
unconscious child at the bottom of the pool. One example
of this is a 1790 letter from Jefferson proclaiming that longstanding
debts should be aban doned because "the Earth belongs to the
living, not the dead [and] a living generation can bind itself
