Byline: Staff Report Dalian: A delegation from the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) and the Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development (Adced) took part in the "Summer Davos" meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Dalian, China.
The event is being held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court and deputy chairman of the Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development (ADCED).
Key government officials led by Nasser Al Sowaidi, Chairman of Abu Dhabi DED; Mohammed Omar Abdullah, DED Undersecretary; and Fahad Al Raqbani, Deputy Director General, Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development, will open the formal discussions with key messages focusing on Abu Dhabi's strategies to develop essential non-oil sectors, including energy, petrochemicals, metals, transport, education, healthcare and tourism.
