By 1893, the RMS decided to
erect a new building on the site of the century-old structure, and hired
architects Vasily Zagorsky and Aleksei Niesselsohn, and sculptor
Aleksandr Aladin to draw up plans. The German battalion group employed the Aladin mini UAV during
