In these studies (abstracts 2718 and 2733), SGN-30 was
well-tolerated and demonstrated multiple objective responses in patients
with relapsed/refractory systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL)
as well as a high objective response rate in patients with cutaneous
CD30-positive lymphoproliferative disorders. Treatment with SGN-35
resulted in complete tumor regressions in preclinical models of
Hodgkin's disease and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). (Nasdaq:SGEN) today
reported data from its ongoing phase II clinical trial of SGN-30 in
cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and other
lymphoproliferative disorders at the Society of Investigative
Dermatology annual meeting being held in Philadelphia May 3-6. |
