The Arizona Nurses Association (AzNA) supports the project on grounds that using medication technicians would allow licensed nurses to focus on crucial care tasks rather than routine medication administration, according to AzNA President Kathy Player, EdD, RN. The OFC/NFOEC demonstration validated both the specification and the interoperability of devices from Azna, Essex, Kodeos, Opnext, and Vitesse. OIF members Azna LLC, Essex Corporation, Kodeos Communications, Opnext and Vitesse will conduct the live demonstration at the OIF booth (#1149), with Agilent, Anritsu, JDS Uniphase and Tektronix supplying test equipment. |
