Spain's BBVA bank set out to differentiate itself by focusing on its intangible assets: intellectual and technological capital, company culture, brand, and corporate reputation. BBVA says the purchase makes it the largest mortgage provider in Colombia. He also worked for over 10 years on Wall Street in institutional bond sales and trading at Salomon Brothers, emerging markets at ANZ Investment Bank, mortgage-backed securities at First Boston and Merrill Lynch, and was head of Fixed Income Sales at BBVA Securities. |
