Barber, through his BLB Holdings LLC, sold the Fairlane Apartments complex in Fayetteville to Gary Combs' Fairlane Apartments LLC for $6. The group said it received around pounds 200m from BLB Investors for the business, which was its last remaining asset and features gaming sites in Rhode Island and Colorado. Wembley confirmed last week it was looking to offload the greyhound sites after agreeing a deal to sell its US operations in Rhode Island and Colorado to gaming consortium BLB Investors for pounds 182m. |
