SO YOUR corespondent Reg Bott (Birmingham Mail, November 16) thinks "that Julie Kirkbride has been a very good MP over the years".
The BBC has commissioned a new series of the show, which had a successful run in the 1970s, when it starred Bonnie Langford as Violet Elizabeth Bott.
She was the daughter of Fred Bott and Mary (Bott) Bedugnis.
