The coking complex will be comprised of a 36,000 barrels per stream day delayed coker, which will use Foster Wheeler's leading SYDEC(SM) delayed coking technology, plus coke handling and storage facilities and a gas concentration unit.
The contract covers the engineering, procurement, and construction of a new 45,000 barrels per stream day mild hydrocracking unit, based on Shell Technology.
The crude distillation unit will have a capacity of 90,000 barrels per stream day (BPSD), the vacuum distillation unit capacity will be 30,500 barrels per stream day (BPSD) and the capacity of the gas concentration unit will be approximately 148 tons per hour.
