Two bombs went off in the town of Kalaiya, about 90 kilometres south of capital Kathmandu, while a third bomb exploded in the industrial town of Biratnagar in south-east Nepal late Monday night, Annapurna daily quoted police as saying.
A curfew has been extended for the rest of Friday on the cities of Biratnagar Birjung and Janakpur, according to authorities in the Nepalese capital Kathmandu.
NTC has been one of the users of Intelsat satellites since 1982 and uses earth stations in Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Biratnagar and Bhairahawa for domestic telephone trunks and Kathmandu earth stations for domestic and international telephone trunks.
