As someone who has been involved as the project director of the Reebok stadium for Bolton Wanderers football club (pounds 32m) the Walker stadium for Leicester City football club (pounds 31m) and the design development of the Arena stadium for Coventry city council (pounds 56m) all these projects have a common balance, this being a project which can be utilised for the people.
