Three Yale University students were charged with reckless endangerment, arson, breach of peace, criminal mischief and other offenses for burning an American flag hanging from the porch of a house in New Haven, Conn. In the judgment of officers, based on the history of this individual, and after a briefing by state police earlier in the day, he was taken into custody and charged with breach of peace and interfering with police. Without peace, of course, there can be no development, and systematic violation of human rights inevitably leads to conflicts and breach of peace. |
