In an effort to better serve disabled veterans, especially those military men and women recently disabled during service in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, a DAV Military Affairs Office is now open at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in San Antonio, Texas. Ryan Clark, a 2004 Antelope Valley High School graduate, died June 29 at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio of injuries he suffered June 17 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his armored vehicle during combat operations, according to Gov. Speaking to wounded soldiers at the Brooke Army Medical Center, Bush couldn't even explain the NSA program properly without hedging about it, saying more than once, according to The New York Times, that the eavesdropping was "limited to calls from outside the United States to calls within the United States. |
