As a fellow shareholder, I am keenly aware that CAIT needs to improve. The previously reported, December 15, 2006, resignation of a CAIT independent director, has reduced the number of independent directors on CAIT's Board of Directors to one less than the Exchange's requirement. For the year ended December 31, 2005 CAIT reported a net loss of $307,308 and for the year ended December 31, 2006 expects its net loss to exceed $900,000 (which includes one time transition and termination expenses). |
