Boardwalk Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of Boardwalk Gaming and Entertainment, has secured a distribution agreement with Bell ExpressVu, Canada's leading satellite TV service provider, to commence broadcasting of CGTV Canada in the second quarter of 2005.
Under the terms of the agreement with CGTV, Boardwalk will oversee brand management and distribution of CGTV Canada as well as production of bingo, keno and other gaming themed and related original programming for the channel.
