More than 18 thousand California families were able to achieve first-time homeownership with assistance from Proposition 46-funded CHDAP loans. CHDAP loans were combined with both CHFA and non-CHFA loans for a total of $24,168,998, which assisted an additional 2,696 California families in the purchase of a home. The CHDAP loan can be used in conjunction with CHFA or non-CHFA senior mortgage loans secured by the home. |
