Total proceeds for CIDEM of the transactions, including the repayment of loans, are expected to amount to approximately French Francs 11. CIDEM, the Catalonia Office of Foreign Investment, is pleased to report that Hewlett-Packard Company has announced its decision to locate its European Administrative and Financial Center of the Test and Management Organization in Barcelona (Spain). Jordi Giro, Director of European Operations for CIDEM, said that while his agency led the effort to attract this new investment, it was supported by the municipal government of Montblanc in discussions with Saint Gobain. |
