Other recommendations of the Committee includes major restructuring of the CNDS at all levels to align them which modern management principles, full automation of all systems as early as possible allocating resources without further delay as well as providing ATM facility throughout Pakistan.
The committee has also made recommendation for professionalizing financial management in the CNDS and adopting modern techniques including maintaining updated data of dormant cases rather than using moribund systems and procedures as at present.
It is further recommended that the CNDS must revive its schemes for investment by the Pakistan expatriates living in the Middle East and gulf countries as was done in 2004-2015 with permission of fiscal and monetary authorities of these countries to discourage any traces of 'hawala'.
The committee has also recommended an effective complaints management system in the CNDS as well as performance evaluation system of the employees to make the organization more efficient and minimize the complaints.

doing groundbreaking work in autism and improving the lives of people with the disability.
