COFEMER has already endorsed the SCT proposal in principle, as has the government's anti-monopoly commission (Comision Federal de Competencia, CFC).
We were also pleased to forge a partnership with Mexico's Regulatory Improvement Commission, the COFEMER, by signing an agreement on regulatory needs that will usher in a new era of cooperation between the regulatory agency and the business and investment communities.
