Projects that Domuracki is currently overseeing or has recently completed include: the $35 million, 25-story Tower at Avalon Cove in Jersey City, NJ; the $25 million assisted living development Jewish Homes at Rockleigh in Rockleigh, NJ; the $7 million Oceanside residential development in the Northeast Inlet section of Atlantic City, NJ, in conjunction with the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA), as well as Virginia Homes for CRDA also in Atlantic City. Once a developer finds the land he wants to acquire and a city planning board approves the project, the CRDA simply makes a purchase offer and, if the owner demurs, asks a state court to condemn the property. The Company's shares are traded on the NYSE under the symbols CRDA and CRDB. |
