CRMSE, the local chapter of The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Association, is a member-driven organization following the trends, techniques, technologies & processes that help companies build and sustain long-term client and partner relationships.
CRMSE was founded in March 2000 by an independent organizing committee.
The CRMSE Organizing Committee will kick off the meeting with a brief business discussion about the organization and plans for the next quarterly meeting on November 8th.
