The electrical properties of these organic films were probed by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage (CV) measurements obtained from a metal-organic-silicon test structure fabricated by post-monolayer metal deposition. In addition to IV measurements, what well may be the first capacitance-voltage (CV) measurements of molecular monolayer-based devices were taken at NIST. Several product application notes that describe methods for conducting a wide range of semiconductor device tests, including charge pumping, oxide reliability, resistivity, hall voltage measurements, gate dielectric capacitance-voltage characterization and high resistance measurements. |
