ECE has been doing this in the fields of transport, energy, trade facilitation, economic analysis and enterprise development in the framework of the Southeast European Cooperative Initiative, through its cooperation with the Central European Initiative and the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Poland saw its "role and duty" in global cooperation by: developing friendly relations with neighbours; and promoting regional and international cooperation through such initiatives as the Visegrad group and its Central European Free Trade Agreement, and the Central European Initiative and the Council of the Baltic Sea States. |
