The real creator of the destructive Chernobyl virus (also known as CIH) was Chen Ing-Hau, a Taiwanese student who was detained by the authorities in 2000.
2% September saw the arrest of CIH virus author, Chen Ing-Hau in Taiwan.
Chen Ing-hau wrote the virus last year while at the Tatung Institute of Technology.
