Conseco Senior Health Insurance Company's IFS rating has been upgraded to 'B-' from 'CCC-'.
On April 19, 2004, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services placed its 'B-' counterparty credit, 'B-' senior debt, and 'CCC-' preferred stock ratings on Conseco Inc.
