The Construction Materials Recycling Association (CMRA) has introduced a best practices guide for the recycling of tear-off asphalt shingles.
EPA, Federal Highway Administration and the Construction Materials Recycling Association (CMRA), will cover topics such as mix designs for use in hot mix asphalt, health and safety issues in processing, market development incentives, best management practices, economics and other emerging issues related to recycling asphalt shingles.
The Construction Materials Recycling Association (CMRA) has announced the programming scheduled for its 2008 Annual Meeting, which will take place in conjunction with the ConExpo-Con/Agg show.
