Despite the stricter requirements, 133 companies earned 100s, up from 101 last year and 13 in 2002, the year the Corporate Equality Index was established. Corporate America is becoming a far more welcoming place to its gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees and consumers, according to the annual Corporate Equality Index released Tuesday by the Human Rights Campaign. Deutsche Bank has been named one of the top 100 companies for working mothers by Working Mother Magazine for the past five years and received a top-ranked score of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index 2006 report. |
