Gaston has also served with Credit Suisse Financial Products as an Accountant and Bankers Trust as an Assistant Treasurer and started his financial career as a graduate on the trading floor of Chase Manhattan NA in 1987.
Following qualification as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1986 he has pursued a fifteen-year career in information technology management within the financial services industry, working for companies such as Midland Montagu, Bankers Trust, Credit Suisse Financial Products and NatWest Capital Markets.
Leysen spent seven years at Credit Suisse Financial Products where he became a member of the Executive Board and was responsible for derivatives marketing in the Americas, and at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was head of fixed income sales and asset finance origination for Europe and Asia.
