The report by the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission concluded Megrahi may have been the victim of a miscarriage of justice.
The Berkleys want new evidence uncovered by the the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission to be published in full and an inquiry set up.
Al Megrahi lost an appeal Dr Jim in 2002 but was given a fresh chance to appeal against his conviction in 2007 when the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission referred his case back to senior judges for a second time.
