While the plans and operations sections should be concerned with all aspects of engineers on the battlefield, they may be limited by their DCOS CSS to looking only at sustainability and infrastructure operations. It is our hope that others may find utility in the DCOS. Given the large number of conditions and factors that are entered into the DCOS Scoring Form (see Appendix B), our practice has been to have a 2-5 minute coding period between each scored segment. |
