Network Control A DNCS network control system monitors line quality, the modems, the line signals being fed, whether the controller is down, and whether the front end is down. They can boot and operate production set-top boxes in fully interactive mode, test and run client applications, access DNCS APIs and test with encrypted video streams. The 2680 can also be operated under control of Codex's central-site network management systems, the DNCS and 4800 series. |
