Florida-based HMO providing individual and family health plans that also serves Medicare and Medicaid recipients through contracts with CMS, AHCA, DOEA and individual commercial contract enrollees throughout Florida. The bill also requires DOEA to present a status report on the pilot program to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by January 1, 2010. |
