The benchmarking showed that Land Department and DQG were very similar in embracing strategic thinking, non profitability, the desire to achieve excellence in the provision of regional services with a distinct organizational reputation, and also were similar in the size of the staffing structure for the corresponding units, the human resources activities management and the administrative support.
