The share transfer books of the Company were closed as of December 19, 2008 and the liquidating distribution will be payable to the Company's stockholders upon presentation of their stock certificates or delivery of their shares to the Company's transfer agent electronically using Depository Trust Company's DWAC (Deposit/Withdrawal At Custodian) system.
