Other medical decision science research continues around the world in an attempt to better understand the cognition and emotion involved for women with breast cancer (as well as for patients with other diseases) where there is more than one treatment option available. Decision science reminds us that to be forewarned is to forearmed, and advocates multiframing (deliberately examining a situation from many perspectives). Environmental economists and experts from decision science have long recognized the merit of combining the many environmental sciences necessary to connect a cause and its final effect. |
