She graduated from Del Norte High School in Crescent City.
Holly taught for 20 years for the Albuquerque Public Schools, beginning as a Special Education teacher at Albuquerque High School and Del Norte High School.
Current projects include University of California at San Diego Supercomputer Center Expansion, San Diego Mesa College Parking Structure, California State University San Bernardino College of Education, Chino Hills Government Center, Oxnard College Student Services Center, Pasadena City College Campus Center and IT Building, Del Norte High School, Ronald McDonald House of San Diego, as well as school renovation bond programs for Poway, Oceanside, Tustin and Santee school districts, among others.
