Improvements include the addition of new data streams for Demand Solutions Forecast Management (DS FM), the ability to make overstock transfers automatic in Demand Solutions Requirements Planning, and the ability to operate Demand Solutions Sales & Operations Planning as a standalone application -- DS FM is no longer required.
There are 40 enhancements to Demand Solutions Requirements Planning and 30 enhancements to Demand Solutions Sales & Operations Planning, including the ability to import a secondary production plan and view a business plan by Unit of Measurement.
Complementing Sony Canada's DS FM implementation is Demand Solutions Requirements Planning (DS RP) to analyze customers' Point-of-Sale (POS) data.
