Derby Co 1: The club were formed in 1884 as an offshoot of Derbyshire County Cricket club and played from 1890 to 1997 at a ground custom built for baseball.
The building is the last remnant of the old racecourse left at what is now the home of Derbyshire County Cricket Club, but it has seen better days and is disappearing due to the cost of maintenance and with a view to future development.
Miss Walters was the girlfriend of Somerset-born Sutton, who made his debut for Derbyshire County Cricket Club in 2000 and was made captain for the 2004 season.
