Approved by Dietary Managers Association (DMA), the programs include 120 classroom hours plus a 150-hour field experience that can be completed in the facility in which they work. The course was written up in the Atlanta Journal Constitution and has received certification for continuing education credit from the American Culinary Federation, the Dietary Managers Association, The American Dietetic Association, and other allied organizations. We selected a hotel central to the three organizations enrolling the majority of attendees: the Dietary Managers Association (DMA), Itasca, Illinois; the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Rosemont, Illinois; and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), Park Ridge, Illinois. |
