Engine: All three models, powered by naturally aspirated Simpson diesel engines with direct fuel injection, are Tier II compliant for emission standards.
The new vehicles feature the D-4S (direct injection four-stroke gasoline engine, superior version) engine, which has a dual-injector system that combines direct fuel injection with port fuel injection.
The first is diesel, and the second direct fuel injection, which is hoped to reduce fuel consumption by about 40 per cent, together with oil cooling of the engine.
